The UK Gambling Commission (UKGC) has launched a new confidential tips line, allowing people to submit information about suspicious or criminal activity securely via an online portal. The Tell Us Something Confidential service can be accessed directly from the regulator’s website.

The types of activities that individuals can report include concerns about money laundering, match fixing, underage gambling and unlicensed activities. People should not report complaints about licensed operators or crimes unrelated to gambling.

Tipsters can attach documents and photos to their correspondence and, if they wish, also leave their contact information. The UKGC also accepts additional information by post or email.

The UKGC already has a confidential tip-off telephone service and is constantly looking for ways to combat illegal activity in the UK gambling sector.
